The public is invited to enjoy a FREE documentary film by recent advanced A/V WHS graduate Tucker Shugart. Tucker fulfilled a dream last September by traveling to Kenya and filming a Waxahachie area medical mission team and their medical and surgical care voluntarily given to poor patients at the RTC Mission Hospital in the Bondo Awino Village of Southwest Kenya, near Lake Victoria. Tucker beautifully captured the life changing miracle of mission trips for patients, Kenyan hospital staff and the Texas mission team members themselves. The film will premier at the Texas Theater in Downtown Waxahachie with doors opening at 6:30 and the film showing at 7:00 P.M. on June 23rd, 2026.
