This vibrant celebration honors the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in Texas and highlights the ongoing journey toward equity and unity. All are welcome!

Railyard Park is located in the heart of Downtown Waxahachie. Public parking is available in nearby lots and along downtown streets. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full day of festivities.
