Waxahachie WWII Reenactment

This annual WWII reenactment event is set to coincide with the Ellis County Veterans Memorial Ceremony that takes place at the Waxahachie Civic Center on Saturday November 9 beginning at 9:30 am-Noon (2000 Civic Center Ln, Waxahachie TX 75165 - 469-309-4040).

During the WWII reenactment, spectators can experience educational displays and interaction with period dressed reenactors at the campsites continuing to the courthouse square in downtown Waxahachie.

Downtown Schedule of Events:
Friday afternoon around 1 pm - Reenactors arrive to set up camps around the historic train depot on the south side of the downtown area.

Friday night beginning at 6 pm - Oktoberfest at the College Street Pub (210 N. College St).

Saturday morning at 8 am-2 pm - Black Market vendors, various demonstrations and displays.

Saturday Afternoon at 3 pm - Mock battle will take place at the historic train depot area located in the 400 block of S. Rogers & S. College Street.
